Pdfoni undertakes to fully comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can review below how we protect your data privacy.

1. Client-Side Data Processing Principle

Our fundamental principle is that data processing takes place locally under user control. The files you upload to Pdfoni are not transmitted to our remote cloud servers. All processing is done in your web browser's memory (via JavaScript and WebAssembly). In this way, no personal data contained in your documents reaches or is saved on our servers.

2. Data Controller and Contact

Pdfoni is the data controller for the personal data such as name, surname and e-mail address that you share with us during contact forms or Premium membership registration. This information is stored solely for membership management, customer support and billing purposes; It is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Your Data Owner Rights

In accordance with KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15-21; You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, and to request its deletion or correction. You can request the deletion of the membership information you sent via the contact forms at any time by writing to gdpr@pdfoni.com. Since your PDF documents are never saved on our servers, there is no record of the document to be deleted.

4. Data Security and Infrastructure

The limited membership data collected is hosted on TLS/SSL encrypted servers with the highest security standards. Security audits are carried out regularly to ensure data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
